For this project, Alessandra Basso (MBA, MAFS) and I collaborated to create a presentation for FST 508: Food Systems. We based our presentation on the impact of Shellfish along the U.S. Atlantic Coast. Varying from art and law to economics and food, we summarize how shellfish interact with many parts of our contemporary culture.
